Emily Kouzaridi is a Research Associate at the EUt+ Coordination Center and has been working at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) since 2020.
At the EUt+ Coordination Center, Emily supports Work Package 2 (Transitions and Society), which, among other areas, focuses on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
In collaboration with the CC Management Team and the Leader of the respective Work Package at CUT, she contributes to the operation of the Center’s EDI Office, as well as the respective Office at the University, in coordination with the Rector’s Office. She is responsible for implementing actions that promote a welcoming and inclusive university environment that fosters equality and accessibility, empowering every individual to express themselves, grow, and participate freely and equally in the university community.
