EUt+ Office of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)

The Office of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plays a crucial role in shaping EUt+ into a modern and progressive university model based on human-centered values, mutual respect, and equality.

The Office works to develop policies and initiatives that create equal opportunities for all members of the community—both staff and students. This is achieved through Equality Plans, data collection, and the integration of inclusive practices across all levels and processes of the university, including education, research, administration, and governance.

Within the framework of the EUt+ Coordination Center, the Office acts as a driving force for achieving equality objectives at Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), supporting the representation and collaboration of all groups to build a fairer, safer, and more inclusive community. By participating in EUt+ and closely cooperating with the other eight universities in the Alliance, the Office promotes progress in equality and inclusion at CUT while aligning its actions with the needs of the local and European community.
