The Human Resources Offices (HRO) of EUt+ play a pivotal role in coordinating and harmonizing HR policies and practices across the Alliance. The primary objective is to enhance staff engagement and mobility while fostering career development opportunities that reflect the values and needs of a modern, inclusive university model.
Working in close collaboration with the eight other HROs of the EUt+ partner universities, the HRO of the CC supports the implementation of HR strategies fully aligned with the Alliance’s core principles: excellence, multilingualism, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
In line with the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), the EUt+ HROs strive to create an environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. A key focus lies in advancing policies on staff exchange and mobility, thereby cultivating a dynamic, interconnected workforce that supports cross-border collaboration within EUt+.
Through strategic support and coordination, the EUt+ Alliance is developing a forward-looking HR management model that champions innovation, sustainability, and equity, while strengthening social cohesion and fostering a deep sense of commitment across all levels of its academic and administrative communities.
