Promoting Equality and Inclusion
The EUt+ Student Board champions equality and inclusion, ensuring that every student has equal access to education, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, abilities, religion, or social background. It is committed to fostering a university environment where diversity is recognized as a source of strength and enrichment.
Inclusive education is a fundamental principle of EUt+, and the Student Board actively works to uphold equal opportunities in all aspects of academic life. Its goal is to ensure that every student voice is heard and that university decisions reflect this commitment. Through dialogue and collaboration, the Board contributes to policies that enhance participation, fairness, and access to knowledge, promoting a university that is open to all.
The Student Board ensures that student views and concerns are represented at every level of the EUT+ alliance.
Acting as a vital link, the Board connects the student community with key decision-making bodies like the Steering Committee.
By nominating representatives to the Governing Board, the Student Board brings student perspectives directly into the heart of EUT+ strategy.
The Board keeps the academic community informed about administrative decisions, promoting openness and accountability.
Through its work, the Student Board fosters a culture of active engagement, giving students a real voice in how EUT+ evolves.
Mobility within the EUt+ alliance is a key strategy that offers unique opportunities for students from participating universities. Its purpose is to enhance international experience and develop a more comprehensive educational process that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in different countries and cultures across Europe.
The EUt+ alliance enables students to gain experience from various universities and educational systems, strengthening their multicultural understanding and broadening their horizons. Through mobility, students can study or conduct research projects in other EUt+ countries, participate in exchange programs, and acquire knowledge and skills that better prepare them for their professional future.
Mobility within EUt+ is not limited to academic experiences. It also includes opportunities to participate in international projects, research activities, and lab exercises that foster collaboration and idea exchange at a European level. Engaging in these programs helps students develop their skills in innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology while cultivating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
As part of Work Package 7 – Task 7.4, the Ombudsperson Team at EUt+ plays a crucial role in promoting justice, integrity, and respect within the Alliance community. The team is responsible for developing guidelines to address complaints, policy violations, and issues related to the treatment of students at EUt+. Additionally, the team oversees the resolution of cases involving inappropriate behavior or other allegations through impartial investigation and mediation.
By ensuring the protection of academic freedom and justice, the Ombudsperson contributes to maintaining a positive and transparent academic environment within the EUt+ Alliance.
