Staff mobility within the EUt+ Alliance is a significant advantage, offering valuable opportunities for development and networking for the academic and administrative personnel of the participating universities. Its purpose is to strengthen inter-university collaboration and promote the exchange of best practices at the European level.
Through mobility, staff members have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other universities in the Alliance, participate in joint educational or research activities, engage in joint projects, attend training programs, and actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative initiatives. This interaction enhances professional skills, promotes understanding of different cultures, and strengthens the European identity of the staff.
Staff mobility, combined with shared experiences and collaborations, contributes to the creation of a unified European academic community. The shared identity that develops reinforces the values of multilingualism, multiculturalism, and mutual understanding, thus fostering European cooperation across all sectors.
Since 2023, the Language Departments and Centers of the EUt+ Alliance have been offering a series of online courses in the languages of the EUt+ universities, aimed at staff working across the Alliance’s institutions. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration among Alliance members, promote multilingualism and multiculturalism, and facilitate mobility within the EUt+ community.
The EUt+ Coordination Center, in collaboration with the Multilingualism Office of Work Package 2 (Task 2.4), organizes Greek language courses (Levels 1 and 2) on an annual basis.
