The structure of the EUt+ Coordination Center has been designed to ensure the effective operation and strategic management of the Cyprus University of Technology’s participation in the EUt+ Alliance.
The Center is led by the Head of the EUt+ Coordination Center, who, along with 2 University Officers assigned to the Center, form the Management Team. They are responsible for overseeing the overall management and strategic direction of the Center’s activities, ensuring alignment with the goals of EUt+, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising the activities and personnel supporting the various Offices and Work Packages.
The EUt+ Offices operate under the supervision of the Center, coordinating specialized activities for the Work Packages and Tasks.
The Council
The Council of the EUt+ Coordination Center is responsible for decision-making related to the management of EUt+ matters, with the primary goal of ensuring that CUT fulfills its institutional and contractual obligations to the Alliance.
The Council consists of the following members:
